Magic Immunity has no easy way to break it, but there are also few classes/specs that rely heavily on pure Magic damage (some Necromancer spells are an exception here).

If the Physical Immune is undead, the Paladin aura Sanctuary will break it, as this removes Physical resistances and immunities from Undead. There are many items that also give a chance to cast Amplify Damage when striking.

Physical Immunity can be broken with the Necromancer curse Amplify Damage (the curse Decrepify can also lower Physical resists, but Amp Damage works better).

The Ladder runeword Plague is enough to break most Poison immunity.

Poison Immunity can only be broken using the Necromancer's Lower Resist curse.

Infinity is usually enough to break this immunity.

Lightning Immunity is the easiest of the three elemental immunities to break, with normal ranges between 100-110%.

Infinity often isn't enough to break this immunity either, although a Paladin with a higher level Conviction aura may be able to do it.

Fire Immunity is the next worst, with 110-130% ranges common.

Cold Mastery does not do anything to break this immunity. This makes it nearly unbreakable even with Infinity, at least to a point where Cold damage will do any good.

Cold Immunity is the worst of the lot, with monsters often having more than 150% resistance.You still will do reduced damage, but at least you can do some damage. This won't break all immunities in Hell, but it will break most of them. This is one of the main reasons the Infinity polearm runeword is so popular for minions - it casts a level 12 Conviction aura when equipped. The three elemental immunities (Cold, Fire, Lightning) can be partially overcome with the Paladin's Conviction aura or the Necromancer's Lower Resist curse. Therefore, it's best to get this first pesky trait out of the way before discussing abilities specific to Unique bosses.
